At the Castelfalfis restaurants – Il Rosmarino, La Rocca di Castelfalfi, Country Club House and La Via del Sale you can be sure to find high quality dishes, and daily menus prepared exclusively with products made by Tuscan companies under the guide of the Executive Chef of the Estate Francesco Ferretti.
